HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT TODAY
I would like to lose weight over my summer break (today-september) how should I go about this?

I am 150 pounds,5″4 and 15 years young. I am pretty lazy let me admit it, and I failed all year to lose weight because after school I`d pig out.Most people guess my weight at about 135 because it is evenly distrubuted,I have a flat stomach and pretty small legs,I don`t understand how come I weigh so much either. Will someone suggest a plan,or something.

Well from the info you have provided your Body Mass Index is 26 a healthy BMI is 19-25 , so you really only need to lose like 4-5 pounds. If you are adamant about losing weight the Diabetic diet is the best i have seen. It works well for people who don’t have Diabetes. Also remember, your most accurate weight is first thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom, before you start any diet, you always ALWAYS, want to check with you doctor and make sure they are okay with it. Also, any exercise you can get will always help.
