How to lose 20 pounds? 43 year old woman.. Weight Watchers??
My mother is 43 years old and she said if I help her lose weight, she’ll let me do something I’ve wanted to do for a while. She wants to lose 20 pounds at least, but if she lost 30 she’d be happiest. She’s on Weight Watchers now, and I was wondering if anyone had recipes or specific routines that would help. Her biggest problem is self-control…She loves her snacks! It doesnt have to be Weight Watchers..it can be anything. She wants to lose weight and keep a low cholesterol diet, because we have family history and she also wants to lower her cholesterol while she’s at it. Thanks!
