i HAVE to lose weight in a month!!! plz help!!
if these things dont work,then can u P-L-E-A-S-E suggest an easy way to lose 4-5 inches in a month??plz?it would be really appreciated…

Sauna belt is safe but more or less useless as far as fat reducton is concerned.
Ab-King Pro is a good piece of equipment infact one of the better ones available.
It does exercise your stomach quite a bit, and add to the tone but make one slimmer is one thing it doesn’t infact cannot do.
If you want to lose weight start aerobic exercises along wityh proper low fat diet.
If you need immediate weight losss of about 3 kg, follow the GM diet for a week.(strictly & for one week only)
