Slimming pills called ADIOS?

How do they work or do they?
A member of my family is taking them, i see the ingredients are primarily, butternut and dandelion root. How can they be an aid to slimming?

I believe they help you lose fluid u have retained. I took them with exercise and a strict diet and it worked for me
