i am getting ready for a formal valentines dance in about 4months and i have a strapless dress i need some exercises that will slim my arms down
This is how I’ve slimmed down my arms: get a 5 pound weight (or waterbottle filled with sand/dirt) and hold it in one hand. Bring the arm with weight straight above your head. Have your other arm come around behind your head and let your hand grab right underneath your elbow. This gives your arm with the weight support. Bend arm with weight at elbow and then straighten it again. I do 20 presses slowly and then switch to other arm (having one arm still supporting the arm with the weight.) Then I go back to first arm and do 20 fast presses and then switch again. I do the routine twice so its: both arms slow, both arms fast, both arms slow, both arms fast.
Then I hold one five pounder in each hand with arms at my sides. Slowly raise your arms up (at your sides, to shoulder level) and slowly bring them back down. Do this ten times. Then with arms at sides, bend your elbows so they’re in back of you. Straighten arm so your arms are behind you and hold for 10 seconds. Do 10 of these. Hope this helps!
