Help! Im desperate to lose some weight for the wedding!!! (10 POINTS)?
hello,
i have a wedding coming up on July 25th and i really REALLY need to lose some weight. about 15- 20 pounds. that’s about a month and a half to do this. i need to know what to eat for snacks because that’s my biggest problem. snacking is what always ruins my dieting attempts.
anyways if i do 30 minutes of cardio every other day and pilates workout every other day will i lose the 20 pounds by then?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
my family hasn’t seen me in years and i don’t want them to see a once slim pretty relative as a big bulgy Relative.
i want to tone my thighs (inner outer and back)
I want to lose my Love handles too because their pretty unsightly.
please give me some snack ideas
lunch ideas
and breakfast ideas
and any exercises that will tone up the areas i’ve mentioned.

You can loose 20 pounds in a month and a half, but it will be very difficult.
First; get your mind set. I AM GOING TO LOOSE WEIGHT, AND NOTHING IS GOING TO STOP ME. Say that out loud.
Second; clean out your fridge, freezer and pantry of anything bad. Look for hydrogenated oils, additives, preservatives, corn syrup, high caloric/fat/sugar content.
Third; go grocery shopping. Get fresh meat, veggies and fruit. Get whole wheat bread, and soy milk. Get heathy snacks (ex: diet snack bars, organic natural popcorn, 100 calorie packs, low fat yogurt, [not fat free, it usually contains too much sugar], get lots and lots of water, and some crystal light drink mixes.
Fourth; drink water! lots of it! Usually, when you feel hungry, its psychological, and you’re really only thirsty. Drink water, and nothing else. No diet drinks, or fruit juices. If you get bored of plain water, add your drink mixes.
Fifth: set a exercise routine and a meal routine.
Your above cardio/pilates routine is good. Also, make small decisions to add to your exersize: ex; take the stairs, park in a far parking spot at the store; make cleaning up your house a cardio chore [ ex: take something downstairs or upstairs, do it twice, when putting something on a shelf, do it three times]
for meals: eat a healthy breakfast: fruit,carb,protein [turkey bacon, wheat toast, and and apple or orange]
eat a healthy lunch: carb, protein, veggie
and a healthy dinner: carb, protein, veggie, dairy
allow two snacks between lunch and dinner, and lunch and bed. [popcorn, 100 calorie pack, fruit]
remember to take multivitamins!
+ trick your body!
When eating, cut up your food into small pieces, and you will eat less. Your body will see the small pieces as more food, making you feel full quicker.
+Trick your body with sugar in fruits, not with corn syrup!
when you want, ice cream for example; eat a sugar free Popsicle, or some frozen grapes!

sometimes if you read a label and it says NO TRANS FAT, there will still be hydrogenated oils in the ingredient list. Hydrogenated= man made fat your body CANNOT burn.
