What is the best way to lose weight, and build a little muscle in the morning?
What is the best way to lose weight, and build a little muscle. I wake up at 4:30 in the morning, and must be at work by 6:00. Should I workout before I eat breakfast? I usually eat around 7:30 while in a morning meeting. We have a full cafe to choose from, so I can eat just about anything you may suggest. I can wake-up 30 min. earier to work out. I was thinking of using my elliptical three days a week, and push / sit ups the other two days.
What would be my best plan.
