What is the best diet I can go on?

I have slim legs and arms. My problem areas are my stomach and my thighs. I need help with meal planning.
Please give real advice..I am not a fat lazy slob who sits inside all day I only use the internet for help and information. I am just short on good healthy meals..the same ones over and over get boring.
