I am trying to get a slim body. can you tell me if this is the healty way to get it?
1.not eating junk food at lunch[school caf.] 2.on fridays i have to buy lunch so i get stuff like a sandwhich wit fruit 3. swimming practice twice a week 4. having to run 1 or 2 laps around the track at gym 5.stuff like oatmeal and fruit for breakfast 6. yogurt for after school snack
could this help me get a slimmer body?
of course! you are taking all the right steps!! you are giving your body food without starving yourself! Continue on this track and you will lose weight. after awhile you might see less results so try more excersizing as life goes on.
