Photoshop has so many different applications. Which one is the best and the cheapest?

I want a photo shop program. I am an ameteur photorapher, but I do weddings for my friends. I want to fix blemishes, on skin, take shine off face, slim down bodies, and fix red-eye. Any suggestions and how much it cost.?
