will avoiding meat and dairy products help my body to look less athletic and more slim/lean??
i want to diet b/c i feel i weigh too much…..im 16 5 ft 7 in 151 lbs. ppl say i look small …not fat but im too bulky in my opinion….
Your ideal weight would be 135 lbs so 151 lbs is OK.
If you want to go on a vegan vegetarian diet (no dairy products, no eggs, no meat) you had better do a search for vegan + “health hazards” as there are traps in such a diet.
