how can I make the side of my abdomen Slimmer?
Im 5′7, 140 lbs, 16 years old. I work out, I have good arms, good back, good abs, and good chest * I take wrestling and I work out * but I feel that the side of my abs (obliques upto under my underarms ) its kinda like fat although Im pretty skinny/muscular. When I lay my arms down I can feel it on my biceps (the ‘fat’) Is this Normal? I mean alot of guys in the club are like thatBut they are also pretty fat. ab lounge seems to work great.
but try ab exercises , just mod them out so your squeeze you sides really tight. seriously make sure you tense your abs whenever you work them out. doubles the results
