What’s an effective weight loss program for people who face challenges? ?
I am sixteen years old and weigh more than I care to say (well over 150). I am about 5′ 7″ or 8″. I have hypothyroidism, endometriosis, and PCOS. I already eat a minimal amount of sugar (that includes only diet soda, no white bread,etc.) and I exercise a little less than I should, but I am going to start up an aerobics class. I am considering taking metformin again and also something for my thyroid. I just wondered if anyone knew of an effective workout/weight loss plan? I have been interested in the “6 Week Body Makeover” and possibly Phentermine or some form of diet Slim-fast. I am really game to do anything at this point. Any advice?!
for best results, do cardio everyday. jog, bike even calisthenics. and you wouldn’t have to worry about what you eat, just as long as you exercise. coz the thing is with not eating is that you wouldn’t have enough energy for the day to do everything u need to do.
