
Please hep with my gym routine…?
The diet and exercise category is all spam so…
First off, my “problem areas” are mostly my thighs and a ss. I want to target these areas as much as possible, as my upper body is already slim (especially in proportion to my bottom half).
Currently I do an hour of cardio on an elliptical at a high incline daily. I also use the hip abductor machines for 2 sets of 50 (both kinds), and do an ab routine.
Is the elliptical enough? Are the stair machines a good/better option? Is there a certain machine/workout you would recommend?
