I need a great weight lose plan?

I need a weight loss plan.i am very out of shape and cant even ride my bike up small hills.i weigh in the 170’s and im turning 15 in august. i know how to eat but what should i do to get in shape befor school starts? i start school on august 28 which ia also my bday! what can i do?

I’d recommed making sure you do 45-60min cardio sessions 6-7 days a week. Bike, swim, or treadmill/jog- keeping your speed at a maintainable, but faster, pace. Every other day, do weights as well as sit-ups and push-ups.
Dietwise, go back to basics. Follow the food guide servings, but add more grain and fruit/veggie servings. (1-2 grain and 3-4 f/v). Stay away from anything packaged and microwaveable, processed, or high in sugar. Drink a lot of water. Tea and crystal light are nice additives, but use crystal light sparingly as it tends to mess with your body’s way of dealing with sugar.
As far as temptation, it’s tough, but doable. Stay out of the kitchen unless you’re in there to have a meal. Tell yourself you want -10lbs, and a piece of chocolate cake, or whatever, isn’t worth it. Then find a distraction. Cravings last only 15 minutes =)

I cook too. One delicious, filling, low-calorie meal I make is this:

Cut up skinless, boneless chicken breast and place strips in a frying pan. Let one side cook halfway through the piece, then flip all slices over. Put ~1/2cup of lemon juice over the chicken. Flavor with lemon/herb spice, sprinkled on as desired.
Serve with a garden salad.

The amount of chicken breasts you use are the amount of servings you’ll get. So, 1 breast = 180cals (the lemon juice and spice have no calories) + Garden salad = 50-100, depending on dressing used.

Also, your body’s hunger signal isn’t triggered by the quantity of food you eat, but by if it gets it’s nutrients. Which is why if you eat a bag of potato chips, you can be hungry even 20min later, whereas if you eat something healthy, like a salad, you stay full longer.

eat a big breakfast so you won’t be hungry throughout the day , eat 1 meal every 4 hours, and a snack every 2 hours( about 6 small meals and snack) you don’t have to buy a gym membership, just go for an hour jog or 1.5 hour walk 4 times a week, and 2 days a week toning ur body with a stability ball and 5 lbs weights, you can go to google and watch videos that will help you find routines with ur stability ball resistant band etc..

p.s. starting off is the hardest part, and getting rid of ur cravings, but after about 5 days ur cravings won’t be that bad, remember errthangg is allright IN PORTION SIZE!
