How to keep my legs from touching?
I started working out last month, and eating healthier, and I lost 5 pounds, lost 2 inches on my waist, and 2 on my hips, already within one month. Now my focus is on my legs, particularly my thighs. They’re 22 inches around. (I’m 5′8″) I want to make it so that my thighs no longer touch when I walk, or just even stand, without walking crazy.
I’m guessing I want to lose at least 2 inches on each thigh.
What are the best exercise moves to do that?
I do cardio at least 3 times a week, and I’ve been doing pilates and yoga from last month, at about 2-3 times a week, alternating. But now I want specific moves for thighs, to add on to the work out that I already have. I want to slim down my thighs, not make the muscles bigger, because they’re already a bit big. (I cycle.)
Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!
I should mention my stats:
I’m 5′8″, weigh 144 pounds, my bust is 36″, waist is 30″, and hips are 39″.
try cycling/bicycle exercises. this will help tone your upper leg.
