
I need to help on to lose weight and get rid of the midsection fat!?
Alright, I’m 15 years old. Over the summer i went from 155 to 147- which is the lowest i have been in forever. I’m 5′6.. I’m way athletic. But at the end of the summer i gained weight and got up to 175! I have lose 10 of it now and I’m now at 165, which is the most i have been in forever! The rest just won’t seem to come off, and even when i was at 147 i still had a lot of fat in my midsection..what do i do bout that??
Continue exercising and examine your food choices. Are you eating a lot of junk food?
