Losing weight fast before college…about 10 lbs should do it?

I’m leaving for college in a few weeks, and I’m not comfortable with the way I am currently. I’m 5′6, and 130lbs. I know I’m in the “healthy” category fr my height, but my stomach isn’t flat, and i’m not toned at all. I know this is because i’m hardly active at all. i don’t have access to a gym, or any equipment at all. so, is there a sure fire way that i can slim down and tone up noticably before school starts? i’ve tried yoyo dieting (i know, i know it never works long term), but i want it to last. Help? and starving myself isnt on the menu.

on losing weight:
>practice the ideal eating motto:
>>>breakfast-eat like a king
>>>lunch-eat like a queen
>>>supper-eat like a pauper
>eat the best fats:
>>>olive oil
>>>avocado
>>>macadamia nuts
>>>organically grown peanuts
>1000-2000 calories should be taken per day
don’t eat carbohydrates after 3 o’ clock pm like bread, rice, noodles, pasta & starchy vegetables
>don’t eat past 7 pm
>do brisk walking four times a week
>avoid sweets like candies, chocolates or foods with excessive amt. of sugars
ff. these principles would lead to weight loss in a matter of 3 months
