LOSE WEIGHT GAIN MUSCLE PLAN
Will I lose weight/gain muscle if I…?

Im a 14 yearold guy and I’m already pretty athletic, but I still want to lose some fat and gain muscle.
I’m planning on

going jogging every other day for 30 minutes
doing 100 situps, 100 pushups, and 100 squats total a day at least 5 times a week
generally cutting down on eating inbetween meals

for about 3 weeks.
Do you think I will get results? Is this enough?
