what kind of exercise best for lose weight quickly ? i always do exercise for few minutes then i been very tired, can you help me? what kind of exercise does help besides than running swimming sit ups? what kind of food should i eat?
Just eat three meals that aren’t junk food but don’t eat snacks. if you are hungry between meals have some fruit. Go for walks as walking a mile makes you loose more calories then running a mile. Use the steps instead of lifts and go cycling and maybe dance? I always do exercise in the adverts of the tv pro-gramme i am watching. Hope this helps
