Am I going to lose weight this way?
I am going on a natural detox by taking one week to drink/eat nothing but green tea, smart water and fruit juices/smoothies (no additives). I will also do cardio (running for about 40 minutes a day in the morning and doing “Slim in 6″ workout DVD at night. After a week of detox, (which will have 3 cups of green tea a day with a cup of fruit smoothie), I will then go on to eat the necessary carbs (100% whole wheat), good proteins, fibers and fats (omega-3), and limit sodium.
Will this help me tone my body to get a slight six pack. Also, I have somewhat of a big butt and thighs (which I like). Will i be able to tone these things without losing them?? I want to be 120 with the necessary “junk in the trunk” lol. Oh and by the way after the detox my workout will still be the same and will gradually get more intense as I get stronger.

you will have to do some sit ups..this diet wont just make the abs appear.
