reduce post pregnancy tummy?
I have got totally disfigured after my pregnancy. My son is going to be 1 year old. Is there a way to get back to shape. What do you think about slim belts?? Please post suggestions, it will be greatly appreciated.
Hi Teena, I think that you should wear those belts which are specifically to be used for post pregnancy and you can actually use it throughout the day. As far as possible use steps and not elevator. Walk a lot whenever and wherever you get a time. Avaoid eating rice and drink lots of water. Eat lots of fresh fruits and avoid chocolates.
Hope all this will work on you as I am also trying the same things and they are really working.
