any good method on slimming calf muscle?
Hi, Im a fairly athletic guy and my body is on the slim side. however I seem to have pretty thick calves… which i believe is comprised more of muscle than fat. are there any methods of exercises where i can help loose its bulkiness an tone them down?? thanks a bunch!!
Lie on your back and put your feet flat on the ground so your knees make a somewhat 50 degree angle. Now raise your pelvis up and hold it there for as long as you can. This will not only tone your calf muscles but also your buttocks.
