
fake illusion or real fat??
it’s not that i’m fat it’s just that my belly has started coming out and showing itself from the past few months maybe becoz i’ve eaten lots of potatoes, junk foods and oh! i 4got to mention i love soft drinks and dnt eat any meal without them. is there any way that i can reduce my weight which is currently 64.5 kg and i want it down to 50 kg. i’m 17 yrs old .
what’s the right weight 4 me at my age and what can i do without starving and feeling that i am dieting. and yes very very imp thing i hate my legs…… too much puffed up or should i say not at all shaped and that’s since i was 15 yrs old. what can i do to make them slim. plz u gotta help i really feel shameful to wear skirts coz my legs were already a mess and now my tummy is cretaing trouble too!
Normal weight depends completely on your height. Since you are a teen, the weight ranges will be slightly lower than for adults, since you’re still growing. The best way to maintain a healthy weight is to eat right and exercise. You’ll want to avoid foods and drinks high in sugar and sodium, like soda, ice cream, potatoe chips, and fast food. Instead of soda, drink water, iced tea, or lightly sweetened lemonade.
As far as food goes, its all about portion control. If you can’t seem to part with chips, you can eat what you want but don’t over-indulge. Limit yourself to 5-6 small meals per day, instead of 3 large meals per day. Doing this will also speed up your metabolism because it will be constantly working throughout the day.
Combine healthy eating with at least 30 minutes of exercise, 3-5 days per week. You can do anything from running to volleyball to tennis to dancing to workout videos. Finding something you enjoy doing is the key to longevity.
