
Exercise plan needed!!?
Hey there, so I’m looking to lose some weight, i’ve been trying to for a while, but to no luck. My most recent attempt was attempting to run. I had a running program, but I got way too tired after just 3 minutes of jogging. –;; anyways, I was wondering, can somebody help me come up with a program that will help me lose the weight, and here’s what I have: A jump rope, hula hoop, a tread mill, weights that go from 3, 5, and 8, a bike, and an ipod. (: So, help please! I need to get into shape for riding, so anything that will help me slim down would be wonderful, looking to lose about 20 pounds. I’m 15 btw. I am over weight, i’m not obese, but over weight. I weight about 137, and I want ot get down to around 100-110. Don’t tell me this is probably too much to lose, I want to do this. (: thanks! I am a very healthy eater. I am a vegetarian. (: OR I’m going to start being one, so i’m not concerned about my diet, I need exercise plan!!
1. stretch for 4 minutes
2. do lunges for 2 minutes
3. do 32 jumping jacks
3. run on the treadmill for 5 minutes(listen to your ipod, it will distract you)
4. do 25 crunches using weights(use what weights you feel most comfortable with)
5.do 10 push ups
6. take a walk around your neighborhood, or ride your bike around, whatever you feel like doing that day
