VEGETARIAN SLIMMING RECIPES
I need some good meat substitution tips.?

I know you can eat eggs as a vegetarian, but I want that to be my last resort. I’ve tried a couple things like “smart foods”/soy. I haven’t tried tofu yet but if you eat it would you suggest it? Also I’ve slimmed down my consumption of meat to just turkey/chicken for one year and I think I’m ready to be a vegetarian, I just don’t know any good substitutions. I know the whole foods store is a great place, but I haven’t checked there yet. Also If you know any good recipes that’d be cool too :)

Tofu- versatile- I eat it almost everyday. I can’t imagine being a vegetarian and not eat tofu
Tempeh— is a really good start, try it-it’s really satisfying
Seitan– excellent as well
Tofurky- Great on sandwiches
Yves- Great on sandwiches as well
