How to get a tiny waist but keep your curves?
Hi, I’ve recently lost a little weight and i’ve noticed my waist shape is less curvy and more straight now. I’ve always been really curvy yet slim, and i do want to tone up a lot, and lose a little weight just on my arms, upper thighs and waist, but i don’t want to look like a straight boy. Are there any specific exercises i could to to maintain my curves, I do want to be very slim, but extremely curvy and the same time.
narrow stance squats actually do work wanders. it really creates an hourglass figure, and as you do more add in a twist when you bend your knees, but not to often as this decreases bust sizes.
